Shipping and Freight Policy


The status of your order can be viewed by going onto our website and using the Track my order functionality on your account.


We do not hide our shipping cost – the shipping charge you see on your quote or sales order is the charge that will appear on your Tax Invoice.


Most orders for stocked items placed before 12pm (AWST) will be packed, consigned and ready for pickup that same day. Carrier pickup times change from time to time, and we cannot guarantee same day dispatch.

 

At time of shipment, you will be notified via email and text message that your goods have shipped. You can use the tracking URL provided to monitor shipment.

 

We make use of various carriers. At time of purchase, you will also have the option to ship your goods using the carrier of your choice on your own freight account.


Every effort will be made to accommodate warehouse pickups from our Perth factory but our preference is to ship goods to your closest depot, this is due to freight carrier congestion during the peak months from July onwards.


If you do wish to nominate a pick up day for freight we will hold the freight but ship the next business day if no collection has taken place.


General freight carriers no longer ship direct to farms, when placing your order you need to provide us with a business address or freight depot. Our sales team has a complete list of freight depots and will gladly share these with you.


Harvestaire claims no responsibility for claims relating to lost revenue or other damages due to orders not being received as expected.


We do review our freight & shipping policy from time to time and you will be notified of the freight cost at time of checkout or over the phone when dealing directly with our sales team.
